If you’re starting or in the middle of event planning and find yourself a bit anxious about all of the decisions and details, you’re in the right place! I love to be a help wherever help is needed and I have a gift of creating a process that honors your personalities and your priorities.

Not every client has the same needs or same strengths, so you can count on me to get to know you and give you a good roadmap. Working with me, you’ll have reassurance that you’re not missing anything. My goal is to know you well enough that when the big day comes you and your loved ones can enjoy an stress-free day while my team and I can decisively intercept any potential problems.  

I have worked in fields ranging from healthcare to sustainability to a children’s library (and many in between) and have developed the skills and patience to come alongside you and achieve even more than you dreamt up on your own.

I am a seasoned luxury wedding videographer and photographic artist with over 12 years of experience crafting high-quality marketing and advertising videos. Having produced more than 100 weddings, I believe that I bring a calm, professional demeanor with a strong eye for detail on wedding days. I understand the importance of capturing every cherished moment, ensuring that your wedding story is beautifully preserved for a lifetime.

I view weddings as more than just a collection of vendors working for a day—it’s about building a trusted team of compassionate, skilled professionals who elevate and bring your vision to life. With a genuine commitment to excellence, I will ensure that every element of your special day is thoughtfully documented, allowing you to relive those unforgettable memories for years to come.

LEAD PLANNER

I began at Cook Event Co. as a backup assistant and was fortunate to grow into my current role as Lead Planner. My professional background is intentionally varied, including design and construction, bookkeeping, and pottery studio maintenance, which has given me a unique perspective on organization, problem-solving, and creativity in planning.

With a bachelor’s degree in architecture, I’ve spent nearly a decade cultivating a love for spatial planning and thoughtful design. I aim to create events that feel seamless, intentional, and memorable, and I take pride in helping clients celebrate the meaningful moments in their lives.

Outside of work, I stay inspired through hands-on creative pursuits and thoughtful downtime, from crafting stained glass pieces and practicing guitar to enjoying a few favorite local coffee shops or playing a strategic game of cribbage. Each of these passions helps me approach events with fresh ideas, focus, and attention to detail.
